14-day replacement warranty
If an account stops working within 14 days of delivery for a reason on our side (invalid credentials, wrong tier, or account recall), we replace it with an equivalent one at no cost.
Refunds before delivery
Full refund in the original crypto if we cannot fulfill your order or you cancel before credentials are sent. Refunds are processed within 24 hours to the wallet you paid from.
Non-refundable after delivery
Because digital accounts are transferred instantly and cannot be un-delivered, all sales are final once credentials have been sent and the initial sign-in works. Warranty replacements still apply.
Chargebacks & disputes
